At Ecom-Need Digital, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Ecom-Need Digital provides digital tools, software, and online services that are delivered electronically. Once digital access, files, or product delivery has been provided through email, download, or account access, the product cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.

Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds after successful delivery or access has been granted.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, features, compatibility, and requirements before making a purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect purchases made by the customer

• Lack of technical knowledge

• Failure to review product details before purchase

• Compatibility issues not mentioned prior to purchase

• Misuse of digital products or services

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under limited circumstances such as:

• Duplicate transactions

• Failure to receive the purchased product

• Major technical issues directly caused by the product itself

All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
