Ecom-Need Digital provides digital tools, software, and online services that are delivered electronically. Once digital access, files, or product delivery has been provided through email, download, or account access, the product cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.
Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds after successful delivery or access has been granted.
